One score, built from what you already track
Every vehicle gets a Compliance score and a Maintenance score, each on a 1-5 scale. Compliance reflects the worst-scoring duty on the vehicle — how close it is to an insurance, inspection, or certificate deadline. Maintenance reflects the worst-scoring item — how much of its service interval, by distance or by time, has been used up.
The two are combined into a single composite Vehicle Risk Score, banded into four levels: Low, Medium, High, and Critical. One number, one glance, no need to cross-check two separate reports to work out which vehicle is actually the priority.
See it across the whole fleet
The fleet risk report gives you the whole picture at once: an overall fleet risk score, the distribution of vehicles across Low, Medium, High, and Critical, and a ranked list of the vehicles that need attention first — each with its Compliance and Maintenance scores shown side by side, so you can see immediately what is driving the risk.
Weighted to match your fleet, not a fixed formula
Not every organisation weighs compliance and maintenance the same way, and not every duty or maintenance item carries the same consequence if it lapses. Tecaser lets you set how much Compliance and Maintenance each count towards the composite score, and classify the impact of each duty and maintenance item — from Critical down to None — so a missed insurance renewal can weigh more heavily than a cosmetic check, exactly as it should for your operation.
Vehicles on higher-impact routes — international transport versus a local delivery run, for example — also count for more when Tecaser rolls individual scores up into the fleet-wide average, so your highest-consequence vehicles shape the overall picture, not just the highest-scoring ones.

Compliance deadlines and maintenance intervals rarely run out at the same time, on the same vehicle, by coincidence — but when they do, that vehicle is your real priority, and it can easily get lost among dozens of individual alerts split across two different reports.
